How do I add working images shown here instead of a link to another tab?

It may sound a bit dumb but I had no clue in getting an image link from imgur to work in here. Any alternatives?

  1. Go to the Imgur link.
  2. Right Click on the image.
  3. Copy image address.
  4. Click on the Image Icon here.
  5. Paste the link.

It should look something like this:
