How do i change graphics in project settings?

okay, i know how to code but i just can’t find the right settings to change correct graphics.
for example: pixel, render, etc.

Can you form an exact question? Like what do you need: where are some settings in editor, how to change them from (plugin?) code, how to read/change some runtime values ?

The later two are available in ProjectSettings and Engine classes.

yes i would like to change them in run time.
