How do I import .fbx and .mtl

So, I have downloaded a Unity asset and the perfab is .fbx model and a .mat material.

How do I import this in Godot.

I tried importing .fbx to Blender and exporting to .dae, but neither Godot or Blender don’t recoginze .mat.
