sky.shader seems to contain cloud code by glse
But there are some things I don’t understand
1:Which node attached the sky.shader?
2:Is it possible to do the same with visual shader? glse looks difficult
sorry please tell me.
Ok fortunately for you I actually played with that project before. For a beginner I believe the setup is a little complex though. The shader is supposed to be inside of a
ShaderMaterial which is used by a
ColorRect which is a child of a
The viewport’s texture is then put into a
WorldEnvironment to be used as a panorama.
Ok, so in a little more detail the
WorldEnvironment node is used to override the default environment. It has a parameter where you can setup a panoramic image to be used as a skybox. That’s where the
ColorRect come in. The viewport allows you to render stuff into a texture. BTW it’s parameter
own_world must be set to true. And the color text acts as a canvas for the viewport to capture.
…Yep I still can’t explain very well.
Is the colorrect the worldEnvironment panoramasky?
I couldn’t find it.
I’m so sorry. I meant Sprite. This project uses a
Sprite node as a canvas that the viewport captures.
