How to scroll tooltips?

hi, i really appreciate the tooltips in the editor, it makes learning about various properties so much faster and easier. however, ive wondered for a while now how to scroll inside tooltip windows so i can read longer tooltips. scrolling my mousewheel doesnt work and the little scrollbar doesnt seem to work either.
