How to view C# implementations of Godot classes?

I have some code that’s supposed to generate a 2D array in C#. It never seems to finish, and I suspect there’s an endless loop somewhere in it. I think this may be caused by my ignorance of the Vector2 class as it exists in C#. I have looked over my code thoroughly without finding anything.

In any case, I would like to be able to see the C# implementation of Godot’s classes regardless. How can I do that?
