This is an ill-formed link. I think you just copy-pasted the file path on your local machine into the hyperlink entry of the form post. We can’t access your local drive. I think you will need to upload your image to a webserver and provide a link to the image on the server.

Rather than trying to post an image, just post the error text itself. Also, post the relevant code as I’m sure that’s where the problem is…
