Why has my post been ‘Pending’ for the last 12 hours, with me unable to take any action?
New users’ posts can trigger some safeguards from the system to prevent different kind of spam and it needs manual review, it can take some time to be done depending of the availability of moderators and the amount of spam that appeared at the moment.
