I would like to ask, does Instantiation the AnimationShadow and the Animation in this picture mean that they come from another scene?

Yes, the two nodes are instances of other scenes. Hovering over them shows the path of the source scene and the pressing the clapperboard icon opens the scenes in their own tabs.
So the Animations of the instanced scene should appear in this current node right?

At least the sprite nodes should appear (although in your screenshot, they are currently hidden with the eye icon on the right). If the source sprites have any animation assigned, then the animations should be inherited as well.
