Is it possible to only blend parts of a skeleton animation? (3D)

In the same way MMO’s or FPS’s have the upper body of a character twist and move with different animations between the torso and legs.

Can Godot do this? And if so how?

aka how to do top/down blending? can’t find any doc about it or any way to do it in godot é_è
