is there a way to scale up a custom cursor in code?

switching between custom mouse cursor's (not mouse shape!)

This reminds me of the cursor in No Man’s Sky, it’s really dynamic and responsive. I think it’s better to hide the cursor with an empty image and create a scene that follows the mouse position, you can even make animations on it.
