Sounds like a complex way to describe them…
I don’t want this to get one of those AI discussions, just use it. I recommend you not to use it, especially for godot because knowledge gets outdated soon, but AI gives you old solutions anyway.

Calling a rendered surface a game is kind of lame 
to be honest.
I’ve read some papers from researches (with real data) that point out that ppl heavily using AI are becoming less competent and more so beginners.

I’m not sure what the other pictures intend to show, though. From their descriptions, it seems you have made some sort of hex-grid based terrain that can be rendered in chunks?

I think you guys misunderstand. I never use AI to write code.
I give it prompts like:
“Please explain the ref keyword in C sharp”
“Please explain octahedral encoding”
“What is the performance difference of looping through anarray of structs versus an array of classes?”
It’s quite beautiful isn’t it?
The reason why I’m rounding my floating point coordinates to two decimal places is because I have to store my pre-baked vertex positions in a flat array. I’m able to save a lot of space by using a custom 16bit fixed point float with two decimal places. My game is essentially a massive board game so I don’t need high precision for physics or anything. It allows me to loop through my trunk data way faster cuz the cash locality is so much better
