Mesh Packer plugin process

I’ve been creating a plugin to create a mesh based on a packed scene, to make it easier to use Gridmaps and MultiMeshInstances. The idea is that you can create say corners or trees, even if they’ve been imported from another software. At the moment it’s just a menu option, but I might try to make it work with the import system in the future, or even have it automate when you use the “Export as Mesh” library.

Any thoughts on how you’d like to use this plugin?

TBH, what I’d really love is to paint them like you can with a TileMapLayer where you can describe how they all connect and then draw something as big as you want.
