Why there is no option like keep with expand future? I mean still “center viewport” but let expand viewport instead create black bars?

The 2d
stretch mode and expand
stretch aspect (added in Godot 3.0) is probably what you want, see Multiple resolutions in the documentation. Keep in mind you still need to set up your UI anchors properly so that controls move as expected as the window is resized.
Thanks for answer! But 2d/expand mode, it not center main viewport, just expand it on right or down side, why this not center white box that when we see blue, there would be blue, white, blue where blue bars are equal and these same with red bars?

I just want this same result as 2d/keep, but instead black bars, should be expand on both screen sides
