4.4 when i export my game my m1 and m2 mouse inputs are not being read in a SPECIFIC scene. The game works just fine in-engine i can provide clarifications thanks in advance

Is there any reason to put if Input.is_action_just_released("shotmode"): inside if Input.is_action_pressed("shotmode"):? This seems very weird to me. And which input is causing problems? Shotmode or attack?

that is a mistake it should just be a is_action_just_released (however shotmode does not do anything yet)

well what happens is that after exporting (only in the exe file) every input within the basketball shooter node does not register I expect it to work like how it does in-engine where it spawns the ball and registers m1 and m2 it only doesn’t register my inputs in the EXE file

Do you get any warnings or errors in the exported build console?

yes, it states “SCRIPT ERROR: Invalid access to property or key ‘ball_grabbed’ on a base object of type ‘Node3D’”

Something accessing this basketball shooter scene is failing, I’m assuming the wizard? Check for any other scripts trying to access it’s .ball_grabbed property, can you paste that script or a snippet? There may also being more errors further up if it’s a loading issue.
