Multiple controllers in UWP

Question

I understand that UWP is long decommissioned, but the game I’m working with was made in Godot 3, and I have an Xbox, so I thought I might be able to have a go at a port.

The game plays well enough, I had to iron out some texture issues, but all is well for games against the computer. Multiple controllers are an issue, as it seems that the first controller is recognized but the second one isn’t. Any other build recognizes multiple controllers, and if I wanted to, I could set up a keyboard and play a round that way, but if it’s at all possible to enable multiple controllers through UWP on Xbox, it would be fantastic if I could be pointed in the right direction.
