I made a plugin named “Just Load My Shi*ness Assets” This plugin adds a simple button to import assets directly into your asset folder, eliminating the tedious and boring process:
Without the Plugin:
1.Minimize Godot
2.Open File Explorer
3.Search for your assets
4.Copy assets
5.Navigate to the project folder
6.Browse the asset folder
7.Paste files
8.Close File Explorer
9.Restore Godot Editor
With My Plugin:
1.Click a button and select assets
2.Select your destination folder and hit OK
Done!
You can save about 20 seconds per iteration. You can save up to 30 minutes daily!
