Hi everyone,
I have all kinds of folders in the editor’s FileSystem, some with sub-folders. Adding a new sub-folder via right-click: New Folder makes all the earlier ones disappear! Why? Where do they go? How can I get them back?
What OS and what version of Godot? I don’t see the reported issue when using Windows 10 and 3.2.1 stable (for example)…

That’s 3.2.1 stable on Windows 10.
And after restarting it works again… sorry for the fuss, let’s hope that was an exception : )
By the way, you don’t happen to know how I could paste a folder with a complete project into another project (in Windows) while keeping its inherent dependencies? The FileSystem updates them but they always loose their functionality.
EDIT:
Well, it appears that the issue keeps occurring every now and then, especially when trying to “import” other projects. I’ll address this in a separate question.

I just had the same. Copying a folder structure in Godot seems to cause this. When I create the folder first it alleviates some of the problems but not all (indeed as you mention they sometimes still disappear).

EDIT: I found my mistake. There was a godot project file which I accidentally copied. This seems to remove the folder in Godot.
