I’m trying to export my game with a custom icon, and it’s the right file type. I’ve followed every tutorial on it. But for some reason, it still exports with the default icon. From what I’ve heard, this is a common issue with RCEdit. so is there any way to fix it? Or are there any alternatives to RCedit? I’m currently using version 3.5.1, but I might switch to versions 4 and up to see if that fixes my issue. I’ll also be looking on YouTube to find the answer to my problem.

If you export your PCK and exe separately, I never had success with it embedded, you could use Resource Hacker to change the icon of the exe. I’ve used it plenty of times myself during 3.x.
