I’m an indie developer and I’ve just opened the Steam page for my upcoming puzzle game “Snake Coil: Puzzle Adventure.”
The game is developed in Godot 4.5, and all visuals are created by me using Blender and Photoshop — every model, texture, and drawing is fully original.
If you’d like to support the development, the best way is to add the game to your Steam Wishlist.
Wishlist numbers really help small indie projects like mine reach more players.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to check it out! Wishlist link is below
If you’re making them by hand - that’s a lot. I would start with maybe a 100 max (and that already feels like a lot), release the game and then add more if there is some traction to the game. You should prioritize making the game playable, fun and release it asap. You can always add more levels later, it’s not a story driven game anyway, so it won’t impact the gameplay.
If you can automate creating the levels somehow, e.g. with procedural generation - then it’s fine and do whatever feels right to you.
PS: Make sure to attend the Steam NextFest and spend some time on marketing the game on Reddit and other sites before the release.
PS2: I also love the graphics, eye catching. Wish you all the best!
