Texture shows incorrect colors at its edges

Hey everyone! :slight_smile:

I’m using a 32x32 png texture, but it seems to get imported incorrectly around the edges. (see my attached screenshot, using it as a Sprite3D)

Is this a bug or do I use incorrect import settings?

Ah, I found it. It was set to Lossy compression instead of Lossless.
