Tilemap collisions for platformer

making a pixel art platformer to learn. added collisions to my tileset and made sure they were seamless but when running along a flat, multitile platform. player gets stuck and stutters where the between the seams. should you not use tilemap collisions for platformers?

nvm. found the reason. had pixel snap on that added additional polygons to my players collision shape.
