Tooltips in the editor not showing anymore

Question

I have no tooltips anymore when I put my mouse on a property in the inspector. I just move to windows 11, and have this problem now. In fact, if I changed the windows for another program and alt tab to go to the godot editor again, the tooltips appears. What’s cause this problem, how can I fix it ?
