UI gets messed up after dragging camera2d around in instanced scene

Hey there everyone. I have an issue with my UI.

I have a UI node as a child of a canvaslayer. In this UI node there is a mapnode which has a map and camera. When I make the map camera current it works nicely but upon returning to the normal ui it has shifted off the screen. The buttons still activate from the correct points but the textures themselves have shifted. No idea why this is happening. Would really appreciate some help.
