There is currently only a sub-category for animation and shaders in the Help selction, but I feel like a sub-category for other art-related technical topics could be helpful. The utilization of TileSets, TileMapLayers, Atlases, and other graphic subjects could fall under this category. Especially ones that aren’t under the umbrella of UI, either.
