Weird artifacts when using Baked Lightmaps

I have these weird artifacts when using baked Lightmaps. What’s the cause of it?
They’re obj meshes with white spatial materials and no textures.

Try switching to RayTrace mode instead of ConeTrace. That said, keep in mind the current lightmapper has known bugs and will be replaced in the future.

Thank you. I tried ray trace but the scene is so dark I can barely see
