I am not a programmer, nor have I ever created any game. I am ignorant as to all aspects of programming and game development. Is there anything easier to play around with that utilizes Godot to create games? Perhaps easy to use like a Gary’s Mod?
There isn’t necessarily a template for what you want. There are starter templates, but there are few due to Godot still being so new.
That being said, here’s a template which bills itself as a “basic starter project with some predefined settings to achieve an high quality look”. While this probably doesn’t have the “RPG survival” template you want, it looks like a good starter template. Also, you can check out Open Game Art for those assets related to a “RPG Survival” game.
