Question
The phone imagine looks fine with correct proportions and no pixelation in my original drawing, but upon importing it into Godot’s Animatedsprite node, it appeard smaller and heavily pixelated.

What is the resolution of the phone image you used?
background resolution is 1024600 phone resolution is 2033
The phone icon is 20x33? If you want it to be pixel perfect, change the filter of your Sprite2D to Nearest. If you want all your textures to be pixel perfect, change the texture filter of your project to Nearest.
