3D rendering bugging out

Question

There’s this bug that has been annyoing me lately. It’s hard to explain but the rendering for 3D nodes are bugging out.

Is it the terrain clipping trough the legs of the chair?

I think it’s the ordering, It keeps rendering the legs of the building, then the terain, the back to the legs.

*If you slow the video down, you can see the rendering can be incompleted

can it be the AUTO LOD ?

It could be Auto LOD. How to change?
