Add flags for miscatagorized topics or topics with misleading names

This is very small, but I would like the option to flag moderation in the rare instance that a user put their topic in the wrong category and/or has a title unrelated to the body.

This doesn’t punish the user who made the topic, as it’s most always simply a newbie error. This just allows moderation to keep things properly organized.

Some recent examples of this would be the following:

The tilemap system in godot 4 is ruined and it reduces workflow, i find it funny that they really like the idea to change how everything works with tilemaps, in 3.6 i can easily convert a scene with sprites into a tilemap now in 4 bro, anyways let me hear your thoughts about this

This user is new to the forum and put a standard General topic as General > Events.

This is a simple error, but it could be corrected very easily.

What does the title of the post have to do with the body? And why do you need 5-10k checks per second? That’s as low as 0.1ms interval, seems like a complete overkill. Out of curiosity, I dug around a bit and found a couple interesting facts related to this topic: human rhythm perception is in the range of 1-10ms, human average reaction time is about 150-250ms (doesn’t really matter that much for rhythm games though) popular rhythm games usually treat errors below 30ms as “perfect”, hardware…

However, I think adding a flag would just be a nice QOL addition.

Yes please! Right now we have to use the “something else” flag, as there is no better alternative.

Apparently Events is both a sub category and a tag (unless this has been added since this morning).
I never notice anything but the main category.
I select from the left menu and there isn’t even a sub-category listed there.
