Animation importing strange

I am trying to export my animation as a GLB file and import it into godot with all its animations. however whenever I import the file into godot, either the coffin sits at a strange angle, or the coffins animations dont play. Its important to mention that the coffin and character have different rigs, but share the same animations

You might find help on here, but you’re more likely to find help over at Blender Stack Exchange, as this is a Blender export problem, not a Godot import problem.

Reducing to one armature should help

You can check if this is an export problem with another gltf viewer; if others read it correctly then it may be a parity/import issue with Godot, keeping it simple such as one armature and/or mesh should help.

I tried to export each armature / object as its own thing but it didnt work (if thats what your saying)
