Animation Transfer for Skeletons with different Rest-Positions

Question

Im having a skeleton with meshes which i bought. Its REST-Pose is the default T-Pose. I also bought some animations, but the REST-Pose of the animations-skeleton is different (basically an idle position).

When i transfer this animation to my other skeleton the animations do look different because they have different starting-poses. Does someone know a way to change these animation to apply to the t-pose (my original skeleton)?

It worked by using the custom rest-pose in the advanced import settings
