Yes, it depends from weapon usage skill of wielding character.

The concept was really interesting. The implementation (for alpha) is at a good level. Looks great. A small remark, zoom on the wheel, probably makes sense to invert or give the opportunity to customize. On the process of the game, I would like the possibility of some control of units (can not be direct).
