Godot 4.3 HTML5 exports changed how the audio is played. Godot 4.3, a shared effort and Web Export in 4.3 Make sure you have everything setup correctly.

Changing the default Playback type.web to Stream instead of sample made the trick. Thanks! i missed that one.
