Black floating screen in Quest 3 from simple XR build

New to Godot, come from Unity. I have created a simple 3d VR tutorial and it runs fine on the Mac in Godot but when i push to the Quest 3 headset, it opens up a blank black screen, a floating one also.

Shouldn’t the headset go into full immersive space also? its just a black floating screen. Checked and MSAA is off.
