Can't build export template for web(godot 4.2.2)

Question

Hey,
I’m trying to build web export template as described in Compiling for the Web — Godot Engine (stable) documentation in English, but get this error when running scons:

emcc is in PATH:

there supposed to be an image here
but yes, you can believe me, it’s in PATH.

setting CXX manually doesn’t help:

There supposed to be an image here
after running set CXX=[path to emcc] running scons results in the same error

Any help?
