Can't paint physics layer in some shape shapes

I want to create a physics layer as shown in the image so that I can use TileMapLayer to create the navigation polygons for NavigationRegion2D. Can anyone help me with this? :smiley:

You just have to click on the Tile you want this collision-shape painted to.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately it doesn’t work as intended. I’ve tried it out, and you can see other tiles I’ve already set up.

What exactly doesnt work? You cant click on the tile? Youve already setup the other tiles so theres no reason why it suddenly should stop working anymore, unless its a bug with the Godot 4.3 beta2, which is not unlikely
