Disable Anti-Aliasing & How to 1:1 Sprite3D... :(

Hullo! I am looking for how to disable anti-aliasing, both in editor and in game.
Aswell as: how to make the isometric camera be on a one to one pixel ratio with both player’s and object’s Sprite3D. (? Sprite billboarding to prevent rotation)
Would also have problems figuring out how to always look a static distance (moving in x, y & z) down at the player, at a thirty degree angle, in a 3D isometric room with no roof or front walls.

Tis mighty tricky, I say! I don’t know what I’d do.
