Exactly
True :). I just wanted to say that it if one adds difficulty settings one should do it properly and not just as an afterthought. Else some players might actually have a worse experience, just because they chose the ‘wrong’ difficulty.
I suppose flappy bird was never really a game I played very long. I have probably played more of @Moizlyc version than the actual original
Same here. Never really played the original (or any other version) :P. I think I just got used to the physics/controls of this one.
Yep. We kinda have proof for this here with this game ;). I think in the beginning it was way too hard, then too easy, and now they are slowly getting there.
Guys, I’ve made a big update! As usual, a playtest would be very much appreciated. Here are the details of this update:
Very cool update. The letters collectibles were a great idea, I kept playing again to try and get all of them, but still wasn’t able to (got 3 max), but will try again later.
I also liked passing by the grave of my previous record.
I got the exclamation point power up but didn’t notice any effect except for the bird sprite becoming sweaty. Did the speed slightly increase? It’s hard to notice. The fire power up already has the effect of increasing speed. Is the exclamation point the same thing, only not as much faster?
The exclamation mark makes each pipe “special” (spiked, moving, or both). But if it’s not noticeable enough, I’ll need to adjust it somehow. ![]()
edit: I adjusted it to temporarily increase the density of the pipes too! Now it’s more explicit. As always, your feedbacks are gold, so thank you!
Very cool game honestly hilarious hard and fun
