Godot engine lagging

Question

So today i was starting my project like usual, and when i click on godot.exe it stats and the launcher freeze for like 2.5 sec and when i then choose my project or even an empty one and go in to 3D space its lagging so much. Never been like this before.

Im using Windows 11.
My comp spec: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 4.00 GHz, 16gb ram.
graphic card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU

What i have done is check, windows and nvidia updates and both are up to date.

I have read quite a few of other treads with similar issues with gsync, vsync etc and been trying these solutions aswell.

I have used godot for a few weeks and nothing similar has happend.

Im down too 4 fp and it only using 12% of my GPU somehow…

Seems like windows update changed the drivers för my CPU graphics so i had to reinstall old drivers that was on the computer and that fixed the problem.
