Please may anyone give me a usefull list of beginner friendly tutorials on both 2d and 3d godot. it should help me improve and learn the basics. Although not some simple tutorial. Ideally 1-3 hours. If possible could they not be to outdated so that its even easier to follow.
Do the docs tutorials first. You’ll get some useful insights after finishing them that may help you decide your next steps.
I don’t watch video tutorials so I have nothing to recommend. Someone else might though. But you can’t go wrong with those introductory tutorials in the docs.
Old tutorials still help, the version of Godot does not really effect to much with tutorials,
But the nice thing about Godot is the tutorial videos that people make that are really good are usually under 30 minutes long. As a new game dev you may find that intimidating because they breeze past information but as you learn you will realize that it is just that simple.

But to answer your question you should go to Brackey’s youtube channel. And then watch his 1 hour How To Program in Godot - GDscript Tutorial.
if you really want to use Godot and have time to kill Clear Code has a 9 hour video on 4 types of games that are really good. I have finished the whole thing but I learned a lot in that beefy tutorial.
Also as I said above don’t be afraid to watch the shorter videos, Fat Earth Studios made a 10 minute video on how to spawn enemies instead of pre loading them in every game level. Great 10 minutes video.
if you dont want to use any of those, go to Code Monkeys youtube channel and take his C# online C# course its actually really good even if you dont want to sue C# he explains everything in detail. And most of the things he explains is (almost) the same for all code.
And if you dont want to watch videos but actually code online you may have spend some money on some online classes and programs like Zenva or Boot .dev all great programs if you want to get good at game codes.
