I’m facing a weird bug that only appeared in the exported version of my game. The issue involves word wrap of Japanese and Chinese text.

Any suggestions on what is causing this? How do I even debug differences between the SDK and the exported version?

I’m not terribly knowledgeable about this, but the first thing I thought of upon seeing the post was this project setting. Could this be related?
My understanding is that the logic for deciding where to naturally break and wrap words is much heavier for certain languages including Japanese and Chinese, and so that logic may not be included in exported builds by default.
That solved it! Thank you. I did not expect the export to miss such a crucial component. Really runs counter to Godot’s emphasis on easy localization :-/ Thank you for saving the day!
