How do I add game objects?

Question

Just booted up Godot for the first time, am I an absolute moron or something? How do I add a cube to my scene? In unity I just press plus and press cube but I seem to be the only human being who doesn’t know how to add shapes and object to the scene in godot. I really don’t get why this is what I get stuck on I’m tearing my hair out and there are no tutorials on how to add basic shapes.

Try out CSG shapes as well, they are more fun
