How do I integrate Steam GameNetworkingSockets and the entire Steam API for a co-op game?

Does anyone have experience integrating GameNetworkingSockets into a desktop game? Specifically, I’m interested in using it for a Steam co-op game with 4-6 players. Are there any tutorials or guides available?
