How to Export for Android and create a debug.keystore?

Hello! I’m trying to output to Android but I don’t have the debug.keystore file; So I tried to create it according to Exporting for Android — Godot Engine (stable) documentation in English but with the warning ‘keytool’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. I am confronted by cmd and naturally no file is created. I have checked all tutorials, questions and documents but still the situation has not changed. Do you know another way?
