I cant see in my character

Question

I started learning godot(first time using an actual game making software) a few days ago, so I'm sorry if this is a simple problem. I was following a tutorial and then a bunch of things in a scene disappeared and I'm not sure what I did. I tried searching up solutions so I pressed F to center to the Sprite2D thing and it looked like the picture below ![1000007603|690x405](upload://HkumvpHDxddBVwgm21VGUEAj8M.jpeg) . I reloaded it a few times too, I'm not sure what to do.

Your scenes probably still exist, maybe the tabs just closed. Check in Godot’s filesystem panel and double click any .tscn files you want to open.

Do you mean a bunch of objects/nodes disappeared? Did you click the small eyeball hide button next to one of the objects in the scene tree?
