Question

hello there boys and girls, soooo my game is a tower defence-like game and i want it to be good so i wanted to add music and SFX for the game feel but i feel that when i go surf pixabay for something good i just find them all unfitting for my game so that may put me in a big, massive, COMMICALLY LARGE HOLE, and i have ZERO knowlege of how to make these stuff cuz i only code and animate in my game. so if someone can do it u can text me in the forum and ill get more details like a clip, how we will communicate and other things and if im satisfied i may give you a special thing in the game like a refrence or an easter egg , and i may and ill say it again I MAY give a small precent of my income from ads and things, so i hope for someone giving his hand to get me out of that hole

bye.

Without knowing what kinds of sounds or music you want, it’s hard to help you find something specific, but in general:

Go over to itch.io and take a look for sound effects and music. There are a LOT of free options that are good. There’s also ELV Games which has a Sound Effects Bundle on sale right now for $20 and a Music Bundle on sale right now for $35. Both of these get new things added every week or so on Friday so they’re totally worth it. Especially the music which is really good and covers almost every genre.

There’s also FilmCow on itch who has 4 massive FREE SFX bundles.

Ovani Sound is having a sale through today.

Their stuff is expensive unless you get it on sale. They usually do a couple Humble Bundle sales a year and for $20 you can get a bunch of amazing SFX and music. I have almost everything they’ve ever made y shopping every sale they have. Getting on their mailing list is worth it because every two months or so they release all their new stuff in a $20 bundle.

Speaking of Humble Bundle [Audio Heroes currently has a $20 bundle of Music and SFX]. I’ve never bought from them(AudioHero's Largest Cinematic Creator Bundle (pay what you want and help charity)) but there’s 59 packs of music and SFX so might be worth it.

Finally, if you join game jams, you can look on their discussion boards and see people who make music (and occasionally SFX) and are looking to join game jams for exposure/practice. They usually offer samples of what they can do. You could contact them and see about working something out if you want something bespoke (hand crafted).
