Knock, Knock – A Short PSX-Style Horror Game Made with Godot

Hey everyone!
I’m excited to share my latest game, “Knock, Knock”, now live on itch io:

About the Game:
“Knock, Knock” is a short PSX-style horror game filled with suspense, mystery, and multiple endings. Explore a stormy night of terror as you make choices, uncover secrets, and try to survive.
Features:

  • Retro PSX-style graphics with a classic horror vibe
  • 7 different endings: Bad, Bad (Type 2), Bathroom, Escape, Fun, Brave, and Good
  • Hidden secrets (easter eggs) and notes that reveal the full story
  • In-game screenshot feature to capture chilling moments.
  • Objective-less, choice-based gameplay with meaningful decisions
  • Simple, immersive controls and interactive gameplay
  • Creepy sound and music design to enhance the atmosphere

Development started back in December and initially took around three months. However, midway through the process, the project was temporarily paused due to a few setbacks. Work resumed later, and the game has finally reached a state we’re happy to share, though it’s still being actively improved.

If you have a few minutes, I’d really appreciate if you gave it a try. Whether it’s general impressions, bug reports, or ideas on how it feels to play, your feedback would mean a lot and will help shape the final updates.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the atmosphere we’ve created!

Finally, my game got indexed on itch.io through manual review!

It took about 8 days, but now the game is publicly visible to everyone.
It would be much appreciated and helpful if someone could play and rate the game, so it can get closer to the popular section and reach more people (it might get boosted then :slightly_smiling_face:).
