Looping .glb animation breaks in Godot, fine elsewhere

Question

Being completely inexperienced in 3D, I downloaded a 3d model in .glb format from Sketchfab, which has a looping animation. On Sketchfab, and then opening the downloaded .glb in “3D Viewer” (a Windows app) the animation loops as expected.

However, if I import the .glb in Godot 4.3.stable, the animation breaks, so that there’s a lag right after the first keyframe. I have set the “Loop mode” to “Linear”, but made no other changes.

Is there an obvious mistake on my part?
