i’m getting this notification despite not being a new user and also having had uploaded attatchments previously and it’s making it way harder than it needs to be to get help.
“New user” doesn’t mean you registered X minutes ago or something similar, it is your current trust level. You need to spend a bit more time interacting on the forums to get the “basic user” trust level, because at the moment, your profile does indeed have the “new user” trust level.
What kind of attachment were you trying?
I see that you have pictures posted in prior threads and if that is all you are attaching then there is an issue.
If it is a video then maybe not so much an issue (I don’t know the exact rules of that here).
